Cash dairy prices were steady-to-higher Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was unchanged at $0.64. No sales were recorded. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0125 at $1.63. Nine sales were recorded, ranging from $1.61 to $1.6425. Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.57. No sales were recorded. Butter prices was up $0.0075 at $2.0175. Fifteen sales were recorded, ranging from $2.0125 to $2.03. There were also thirty unaccepted bids. Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.68. No sales were recorded.
