The CEO of the American Coalition for Ethanol says new EPA Administrator Michael Regan is inheriting a long list of issues related to biofuels.
Brian Jennings tells Brownfield one of Regan’s first priorities should be finalizing the E15 Rule.
“To revise or remove that E15 label. We’ve (also) got the 500 million gallons we need to be restored from the 2017 lawsuit we won over the illegal blend wall.”
And there’s the 2021 and 2022 Renewable Volume Obligations that Jennings says EPA has yet to propose.
