The Iowa Hawkeyes Men’s Baseball team ran their record to 22-14, with a thrilling late inning victory over the Illinois Illini 5-4.

Ben Norman’s 2-out triple in the bottom of the 8th would be the game-winning hit for the Hawks. Starting pitcher Trenton Wallace struck out 9 in 6 innings. The win went to Big Ten Saves Leader, Dylan Nedved, as he shut the door on the Illini in the 9th inning.
