The president of the Nebraska Farm Bureau says he’s not surprised several national ag and livestock organizations met to discuss the cattle markets considering the challenges facing producers.
Mark McHargue tells Brownfield he believes some action will come from their discussions. “I think we do have some market situations that are broken,” he says. “I think those things have been identified. The million-dollar question is will that be the right fix and what things come out of it?
