Northwest central Ohio farmer Patty Mann says the planting season is finally wrapped up after variable weather conditions.

“The planting season got a little bit stretched out,” she says. “We started the last few days of April and we just finished up on Monday because we had a few outlying areas that remained wet for quite awhile.”

She says they did have to replant some corn and soybeans.

“We did a little bit of replant for some soybeans and the corn we planted on April 28 had to be replanted,” she says.
