The Biden administration has yet to respond to pleas from dozens of lawmakers asking for an appeal of a recent federal circuit court ruling to limit line-speeds for pork processing.
Minnesota Congressman Jim Hagedorn and more than 70 other lawmakers sent letters last week to the Acting Solicitor General and USDA Secretary Vilsack requesting the court order be stopped.
