Brazil’s Ministry of Agriculture expects that nation’s grain and meat production to continue to expand in the coming decade as producers try to meet domestic and export demand.
Brazilian grain production by the 2030/31 marketing year is expected to be 333.1 million tons, a jump of 27.1% from the current marketing year with help from better crop productivity, driven by increased soybean and second crop corn production, with the Ministry also anticipating increases for cotton and sugarcane.
