We continue our conversation on leasing with Compeer Financial senior leasing specialist Anjie Erbsen. She tells Brownfield the building sector is a large part of Compeer’s leasing portfolio, and says it runs in cycles. Erbsen says leasing provides valuable flexibility when it comes to payment schedules, adding that Compeer can design a schedule to fit how the client wants to make payments.
