A fifth generation Illinois farmer says biologicals have helped boost the soybean yield he is seeing from the combine this season.
John Yeley, who farms near Marshall in east central Illinois, tells Brownfield bean yields have been impressive so far.
“I actually took out two fields that I would consider marginal ground, that I planted April 6th, they were a late group two bean and they made 71 and 73 bushels per acre average across the field.
