A Northeast Kansas farmer says he’s had ideal weather to wrap up harvest.

“It was kind of a whirlwind harvest.  It went fast.”

Lance Rezac of Onega tells Brownfield his last measurable rain was September 1, which meant corn dried down quickly. “By the time we got done, corn was down around 13.  It was good corn, it was good corn, it was better than average a little bit.”

He says he finished soybeans earlier this week.
