A former Trump administration member says Congress should ask the Biden Administration for a full accounting on the Phase One Trade Deal with China before pursuing a Phase 2.
Clete Willems was deputy director of the National Economic Council until 2019 and recently testified before the House Ways and Means trade subcommittee.
