Milk futures and cash dairy prices were mostly lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Wednesday, with butter being the exception.
August Class III milk was down $0.28 at $20.15. September closed down $0.50 at $19.90. October closed down $0.39 at $20.39. November was down $0.35 to $20.65. December through July contracts ranged from thirty-five cents lower in December to sixteen cents higher in July.
Dry whey was down $0.02 at $0.42. One sale was made at $0.4250.
