Milk futures were mixed and cash dairy prices were steady to lower with little market activity Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
March Class III milk was up $0.17 at $18.03. April was up $0.01 at $17.67. May was down $0.03 at $18.04. June was down $0.10 at $18.58. July through January contracts ranged from $0.10 lower in January to five cents higher in November.
Dry whey was down $0.0075 at $0.4575. One sale was recorded at $0.46.
