When it comes to meal planning anyone can find something to make with ground beef, steaks, or tenderloin.

Joan Ruskamp, a Nebraska cattle producer and a volunteer with CommonGround, a group of women farmers who connect with other women about food, work, and life, says incorporating underutilized cuts of beef into her meal rotation keeps things interesting.
