The leader of an ag solutions company says global challenges have not stopped them from bringing innovation to farmers.

Paul Rea is Senior Vice President of BASF Agricultural Solutions North America. He says, just like farmers, ag companies are facing input increases, inflation, supply chain disruptions and product shortages.

“Our production teams have done an amazing job in an environment where you can’t take anything for granted, so we have come through that quite strongly to be honest.”

He tells Brownfield with a large presence in Europe, they are also impacted by the war in Ukraine.
