Dwayne L. Frahm, 60, of Tama, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at UnityPoint Health-Marshalltown. Visitation will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, from 5-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Funeral Services following at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama.  A memorial fund will be established.
