A Marshalltown man has been arrested on Domestic Assault related charges. According to a police report Ralph Maxwell the third was arrested at 1000 West Lincolnway. He has according to Iowa On Line Court Records made an initial appearance in court, his preliminary hearing date was set for Monday April 24th at one p-m.
