Harvest has wrapped up for most of the crops in Arkansas.
USDA says cotton harvest was completed in the last week, along with peanut and soybean harvest.
Arkansas’ winter wheat planting is 94% complete with 77% of the crop emerged. Livestock conditions are rated 61% good to excellent and pasture conditions are 37% good to excellent.
