April Class III milk was down $0.02 at $15.54. May was down $0.10 at $15.86. June was down $0.04 at $16.60. July was down $0.08 at $17.31.
August through February contracts ranged from two cents lower in February to fifteen cents lower in September. Monday’s Class III trade volume was 2,245 contracts.
Dry whey was up $0.0025 at $0.4050. One sale was recorded at that price.
Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.02 at $1.4375, raising the block price above the barrel price. Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.4150 to $1.4375.
Cheese barrels were up $0.0075 at $1.4350. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.4150 to $1.4375.
Butter was up $0.0075 at $2.85. Two sales were recorded at $2.8425 and $2.85.
Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.12. No sales were recorded.
