Cash cattle country has some light trade developing in parts of Nebraska with live deals at $190, $2 lower than the previous week. No dressed deals have been reported in that area yet today. Thursday saw some live business in the South at $186, $1 lower than the week prior. Asking prices are around $187-plus in the South and $303 to $305 in the North.
Boxed beef cutout values were lower at midday with Choice down $.22 at $313.82 and Select down $.52 at $302.
