Cash dairy prices were mostly higher Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was up $0.0075 at $0.5250.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.01 at $1.8750.   Four sales were recorded, ranging from $1.8625 to $1.8750.  Cheese barrels were up $0.0125 at $1.9250.
