Sydney Jade Culbertson, 15, of Montour, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at home. Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 23, 2024 at 9:00 AM at the South Tama County Community High School, with Pastor Steve Brant officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Montour. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 2-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
