Cash dairy prices were steady to lower except butter Wednesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was down $0.0075 to $0.5650.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $0.5650 to $0.57.   Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.02 at $1.86.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.83 to $1.88.  Cheese barrels were down $0.0050 at $1.8550.  […]
