When walking around the Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA people may notice the names of families, businesses, and individuals posted on the wall.  Mostly those are names of people and businesses that have supported the Y in the past.  There is a specific wall that is labeled the Heritage Club.

That is Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA CEO, Kim Jass-Ramirez.  She talks about what the endowment money is used for.

Jass-Ramirez talks about the YMCA Bus that brings youth to and from the Y for different programs was purchased by Heritage Club funds.  She says people can support the Heritage Club by visiting ymca-ywca.org

That website also has a calendar of events and times for when the YMCA facility is open.  There will be a schedule change this week with Independence Day on Friday.
