It has been a wild couple years with all that has happened with the Marshalltown Mall. This week more hope for a booming mall was spotted as Five Below posted a sign in the Mall parking lot that they are coming soon and looking for workers.

During conversations previously with The Shops at Marshalltown, they said stores would begin announcing their presence this fall but majority will make their announcement in the spring.  Prediction for stores to be open has always been sometime in 2026.
