Sue Cahill was recently sworn into the Marshalltown City Council and will take her seat January 12th during the first meeting in 2026. This is not a new position for Cahill as she previously spent time on the City Council from 2017-2020.
Throughout her campaign, a couple items Cahill heard from constituents were roads and budget. She says there is a budget meeting in January beyond the regular two meetings.
Cahill is excited to be back on the Marshalltown City Council; she served two terms with the Iowa House starting in 2021.
