The Marshalltown Police Department says it now has body cameras for each of its officers. Police Chief Mike Tupper says the goal of purchasing 43 body cameras, thanks to the support of area groups and the public’s generosity.

Chief Tupper also says the community cameras purchased via fund raising  by Marshall County Crime Stoppers are starting to be installed. Those cameras, to be located at critical locations around the city, may be ready to be used by the end of the month.
