The Marshalltown Police Department is asking for the publics assistance in locating a juvenile female. 16-year-old, Kylin Makaylea Jones, of Marshalltown, has been missing since April 4th. The Police Department has determined that she has run away from home. Further investigation suggests she may have gone to Des Moines as she previously lived in the Des Moines area.
Any information regarding her whereabouts can be sent to the Marshalltown Police Department or local authorities. No Amber Alert is issued for this situation as this is considered a runaway and not an abduction. Amber Alerts are only for child abductions.
