Cash dairy prices were mostly higher on Wednesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was up $0.0050 at $0.7050.  One sale was recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.03 at $1.63.  Eleven sales were recorded, ranging from $1.6025 to $1.65.  Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.5750.  No sales were recorded.  Butter was down $0.02 at $1.70.  Seventeen sales were recorded, ranging from $1.6725 to $1.70.  Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0350 at $2.25.  Six sales were recorded, ranging from $2.2325 to $2.25.  Nonfat dry milk crossed the $2.00 threshold on April 7th for the […]
