A Marshalltown High junior has developed a knack for telling stories…make that a knack for being a storyteller.
Phoebe Osgood has earned a spot at the All State Festival for the Iowa High School Speech Association on March 26th at UNI.
Osgood will recite the story “The Princess and the Pony” by Kate Beaton at the festival. She said she has been practicing this work for nearly one year.
A total of 464 outstanding performers have been selected out of nearly 9,000 student performers who started the competition at the district level in Iowa.
