A federal appeals court in California has blocked the state of California from putting a cancer warning label on its Roundup products.

The suit was filed in 2017 by a dozen ag groups and Bayer
saying the California label would be a risk to the food supply chain. They
cited numerous studies showing glyphosate does not cause cancer.

The judge said a cancer warning on Roundup would be
misleading and is not backed up by regulatory findings.
