Two lawmakers and a former lawmaker, on a celebration of the USMCA implementation, say they want the U.S. back in the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP). Congressman Ron Kind of Wisconsin says, “I may be a lonely voice these days on it but we’ve got to figure out a way to get back into the Trans Pacific Partnership trade agreement.”
He says the Pacific Rim is the largest and fastest growing
trade and economic region in the world, “The idea that we’re on the outside of
that tent looking in, I think, is unacceptable.
