A southern Ohio farmer says his corn and soybeans are looking good after recent timely rains.

Greg Corcoran says there was a stretch of three weeks when his crops started to show signs of stress.

“From north to south it looks like maybe further south we might have some better crops based on the weather patterns that went through,” he says. “Right now, I would say what we’re looking at is a pretty good crop coming in for both our corn and soybeans.”

He tells Brownfield there has been disease pressure in his corn crop.
