The 2021 Illinois Beef Expo is currently scheduled to be an in-person event on February 25-28th.
Illinois Beef Association Executive Vice President Jill Johnson tells Brownfield the board feels it is too early to decide to alter the event.
“If restrictions put in place due to COVID-19 remain similar to what we are experiencing now or become more restrictive there might be some decisions that have to be made regarding how we would normally hold that.”
Johnson says there are still a lot of unknowns, but if changes are made, they will be done in a timely manner giving exhibitors and participants time to make adjustments.
