The story of young woman saving her family’s specialty crop farm and turning it into the largest pumpkin producer in the nation has been portrayed in a book and will soon be viewed as a TV series.
Sarah Frey, founder of Frey Farms in southern Illinois first published her story in a book titled “The Growing Season” in August of 2020.
