The Workspace will be hosting Art Mart, the annual art sale at the Memorial Union on the ISU campus. The sale will be held in the Trophy Tavern on the first floor near the food court. Hours are Thursday, May 3 from 10am-6pm, Friday, May 4 from 10am-6pm and Saturday, May 5 from 10am-1pm.

The ISU Gaffers’ Guild will feature blown glass including vases, vessels, ornaments and sculptural works.  A number of Workspace instructors will be featured including:

• Pottery by Greg Lamont, Caroline Freese and Valerie Williams
• Glass Beads and Jewelry by Rhonda Scott
• Bags and Jewelry by Judith Lemish
• Handmade Soap by Jan Verploeg

Other items for sale include pottery, prints and hand-lettered artwork created by Workspace students and MU staff.

Graduation, Mother’s Day and wedding gifts are always better when they are handmade! All purchases help support the clubs and organizations listed above, as well as local artists.  Most items sell for $5 – $25.
