The Marshalltown Police Department reports that the Athletic Director at Marshalltown Community College is facing charges after a traffic stop was made late Friday night. According to Police Captain Brian Batterson, 31 year old Doctor Kathleen Brown faces charges of Operating While Intoxicated First Offense, Open Container Violation and Speeding. She was pulled over on North Third Street.
