The State Patrol reports a 25 year old Des Moines man was killed in an accident on Interstate 35, it happened late last night at the 108 mile marker. The victim is identified as richard Boner who was a passenger in a vehicle driver by 24 year old Katy Markham of Des Moines in a 2004 Chrysler Sebring that was going south and lost control and went into the median and rolled, Boner was ejected from the vehicle. An investigation continues.
