The Marshalltown High School volleyball team hosts the Apgar Volleyball Tournament at the Roundhouse Thursday afternoon at five. Des Moines Roosevelt, Waverly Shell Rock, and Southeast Polk are taking part. The cross country runners compete at Ames at four, a girls swim and diving meet will take place at the Roundhouse pool at 5:30. Tomorrow the football team plays at Mason City. Airtime on KFJB will be at 6:55, kick off at 7:30. There will be an edition of the Quarterback Club at O’Hungry`s in Marshalltown at noon.
