Iowa home sales jumped seven percent in November according to the Iowa Association of Realtors. A total of 3,320 homes were sold last month. Mark Kamps, President of the Iowa Association of Realtors says the median price of the homes sold increased as well.

Kamps adds that he considers any increase in sales over three or four percent to be substantial.
