The Marshalltown Girls Track Team posted a second place team finish at the Boone Invitational yesterday. Host Boone edged the Bobcats by just three points in the teams standings, with Fort Dodge third, followed by Newton and Ames.

The Bobcat Girls Medley Relay posted a first place finish, as did the 4 x 200 relay and 4 x 400 relays teams. Mia Barajas captured the 800 meter run.

Iowa City West captured the team title in the Comet Early Bird Boys track meet at Conrad.

Jesup was second with host BCLUW third in the 10 team invitational.
