The Indy cars return to the Iowa Speedway this weekend and officials are still looking for a sponsor for the race in the future. Sponsored by Iowa Corn since the first race back in 2007 Saturday night’s event will be called the Iowa 300.

Iowa Speedway President David Hyatt says replacing a long-time sponsor is difficult.

The weekend of action begins Friday night with an ARCA Menards Series race. Just a reminder, Tomorrow’s Iowa 300 will be heard on KIX 101.1 beginning at 5:30.
