The Marshalltown City Council will meet in special session at noon today. The agenda items focus on setting a resolution for the Merle Hibbs Road improvements. The Council backed away from borrowing four million dollars for the project at its last Council meeting.

Also today, the Grundy County Board of Supervisors will meet at nine this morning;

The Marshalltown Community School District Board will meet at 5:00;

The South Tama County Board of Education will meet at 5:30;

The Rhodes City Council gets together tonight at 7:00.
