A University of Iowa infectious disease expert says the pause in the distribution of the Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine is not unusual.  Doctor Patricia Winokur, says stopping the use of a vaccine is a part of the process.

Winokur says the number of the other vaccines continues to increase, and that is good news too. Winokur oversaw the U-I’s Pfizer vaccine trial.
