Things seem to be returning to some sense of normalcy as we speed through June. This includes the annual festive fundraiser “Bowl for Kids’ Sake” supporting Heart of Iowa Big Brothers Big Sisters. After a 27 month layoff, the Lanes at Wayward Social were filled Friday and Saturday with teams having a blast, and supporting the organization focused on 1 on 1 mentoring.

Shannon Johnson, a staff member at Heart of Iowa Big Brothers Big Sisters said, “There were around 35 teams, and the support of the many donors, the work of the Big Brothers Big Sisters board and staff and the great job by the Wayward Social Staff made for a great event.”
