If you’ve been used to watching the Marshalltown City Council meetings from the comfy chair in your living room, you can still do so, but the way you access the meetings is changing.

With the expiration of the agreement for MCTV with Iowa Valley, City Administrator Jessica Kinser says this month’s council meeting, beginning Monday, will be streamed via the city’s website. While the City awaits new equipment that is on backorder, it will be a basic set up.

Kinser notes that the “GoToMeeting” option will still be available and will allow you to participate, if you desire.
