A Marshalltown man was arrested yesterday on an attempted murder charge. 31-year old Lance Schaum is accused of stabbing a male in the upper chest and inflicting some cuts on a female during an arguments on July 31st. Schaum is also accused of displaying a weapon and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
