Heartland Senior Services of Story County will be constructing a new $6 million facility beginning this summer. The new 14,000 square foot facility will be located at the existing 70-year-old facility site at 205 South Walnut Street. The facility will open in the summer of 2023.

This Friday, February 18th, at 12 Noon, Heartland’s Board of Directors will host a ceremonial event and take the first ‘swing’ to demolish the building.

The building will be demolished in March.
