David Joseph Daters, 72 of Marshalltown passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Unity Point Health in Marshalltown, Iowa. Visitation for David will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Animal Rescue League in Des Moines or to the Animal Life Line. Only casual attire is needed, nothing formal as that definitely wouldn’t be Dave.
Private family services will be held on Saturday March 5, 2022 starting at 1:30 P.M. with burial at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
