The Marshalltown City Council Meeting last night had its 3rd reading about ATVs/Off-Road vehicles being prohibited for use on the roads and the 2nd reading about Golf Cars. Before the vote Councilman Thompson mentioned that he had talked with citizens about this issue
Without Councilman Isom at the meeting the vote ended in a 3-3 tie and the vote failed. Mayor Greer was not there to break the tie. This could be discussed again as Thompson said he would be open to revisiting if any issues arise.
